Dr. Mann
Dr. Chris Mann is a native of Albany, Georgia. He attended Albany Junior College (now known as Darton College) before transferring to the University of Georgia to complete his BS in Pharmacy. While in Athens, he was recognized for his exceptional academic performance with the Robert Wilson Outstanding Graduate Award.
He returned to Albany to work as a pharmacist for 3 years before again entering the class room to pursue a medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. During this time, he earned membership in the highly esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Mann continued his training in the Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery program in Augusta.
With his surgical training complete, Dr. Mann again returned “home”, joining Albany Ear, Nose and Throat in Albany in 1992. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery), and is active in several medical organizations including The American Academy of Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery), the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology, the American Medical Association, Medical Association of Georgia, and the Dougherty County Medical Society.
He is on active staff for Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital where he has served on numerous medical staff committees and in several leadership positions.

Stacey Parker, PA-CStacey Parker grew up in Albany and graduated from Lee County High School before beginning her education to become a Physician's Assistant. She attended Darton College and the University of Georgia. In 2004, Stacey graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science, Physician's Assistant.
Currently board-certified, Stacey is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants, the Georgia Association of PAs, and Flint River Area PAs. She is happily married to Trey Parker, and they have three precious little girls, Chloe, Addie and Ruby. Stacey is a member of Gillionville Baptist Church and loves spending her time away from work with family and friends. |
Julie Lambert, M. Ed. AudiologistJulie Lambert grew up in Tifton and graduated from Tift Co. She started her undergraduate degree at Abraham Baldwin College before transferring to the University of Georgia. Julie graduated Magna Cum Laude with her B.S.Ed in Communication Sciences and Disorders from UGA.
After finishing her undergraduate studies, she obtained her Masters degree in audiology from the University of Georgia. She completed her internship at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. She holds her Clinical Certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association. Julie is happily married to Will, her middle school sweetheart, and they have three boys. .
